  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products not caused during transit.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Bulk / B2B orders (unless agreed in writing).
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order ID, product details, and clear images of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  • If approved, return instructions or pickup details will be shared.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • Replacement timelines depend on product availability.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Replacement is not available.
  • Order is cancelled before shipment.
  • Returned product is verified as damaged or defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be borne by us.
  • For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

8. Failed Returns / Invalid Requests

  • Return requests made after the allowed time frame may be rejected.
  • Products that do not meet eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
